Parts Sales Representative 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 
 
Taking Care of Our Customers:

  • Provide parts for our customers and company technicians in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Being an Expert: Be the “go to” person who knows how to quickly find the right part for every job. 
  • Showing Commitment to Excellence: Be proficient in using company computer and business systems, and keep products and supplies neatly organized. 
  • Being Safe: Show a focus on always keeping yourself and your team members safe.

 
OTHER ESSENTIAL DUTIES 
• Assists shop technicians and sales staff with ordering and researching parts/service issues with machines and attachments and locating/tracking parts using in-house software 
• Locates and purchases parts from outside vendors. 
• Completes customer order by Pulling, Filling and Shipping (if needed) customer orders. 
• Organize, Review and Submit warranty claims for faulty parts. 
• Assist with creation of Work Orders for Service Technicians and Finalizing all parts used on said Work Order 
• Processes (pulls, tags and ships) returned parts to vendor including inspecting remanufactured and warranty parts 
• Receives and acts on inventory bin count report counting bins, updating database with findings and researching and resolving discrepancies 
• May perform other duties as required and assigned 

JOB REQUIREMENTS  
 
Education and Experience: 
• High School diploma or equivalent required. 
• 2 years of parts, sales, counter or customer service-related experience preferred. 
• Prior experience as a service technician a plus. 
• Experience within a similar industry (agriculture, automotive, trucks, heavy machinery, etc.) and/or warehouse experience preferred. 
• Valid driver’s license required. 
• Available to work weekends and extended hours during seasonal busy season (mainly spring)
